Our independent service will provide you with a thorough and comprehensive inventory of your property that will ensure an accurate record of the condition of your property (either furnished or un-furnished). At the end of any tenancy this record will prove invaluable in resolving any disputes between the landlord and tenant and ensure that all parties are aware of their obligations.
We can offer a full or partial service, including the following:
- Complete inventory for the start of the tenancy (check-in)
- Mid term assessments against existing inventories
- End of tenancy assessments against existing inventories (check out)
